Customer's use of this website, www.iftheshoefitsetc.com, constitutes an agreement to abide by the proceeding website use terms and conditions. Please carefully read our policies page before placing your order.

Privacy Policy
All information collected by If The Shoe Fits, Etc. is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our establishment. We occasionally send e-mail notices of sales to customers. To make sure that you receive these notices you can add your address to our mailing list by clicking here.

Payment
Secure transactions for this website are done via If The Shoe Fits, Etc. who use a thawte security certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information. You may Click Here to learn more about security certificates. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will not be processed until your order has been filled and is ready to ship. You will not be charged for any out of stock items.

*On occasion you may get a message that says "This page contains secure and non secure items. Do you want to display the non-secure items." The items referred to are some small graphics that may not be routing through the secure server. You can choose to click yes or no to continue. The page will view either way and all information gathered is routed through our secure server. If you click to not display the non secure items you will see the lock box indicating that the page and all information contained on it is secure.

You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. If you are calling in your credit card information please do so within 48 hours of placing your order. Call in orders will not be filled until we receive your credit card information. Our store hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CST. If you are sending in your order during off hours or holidays, please call the following business day with your credit card information.

We can not accept any checks or money orders.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CST. Our store is closed on Sundays and all major holidays. Our phones are manned during regular business hours only.

Shipping & Handling
Most orders are shipped within 3 to 4 days of receiving your order during regular business days. Once your order has been filled, your credit card will be processed and your order will automatically be shipped. You will not be notified that your order has shipped. We ship USPS Priority Mail which normally gets your package to you in 2 to 3 regular business days once the order has been shipped. This applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States. Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the time you place your order before making an inquiry. If you must make an inquiry on an order, please include your name, order number, and telephone number where you can be reached.

Any changes to orders or cancellations must be made by phone by 2:00 p.m. CST on the same day as your order is placed. Please call us at 256-739-0262 and have your order number available. If we can not be reached by phone, please leave a message and include your name, order number, and telephone number where you may be reached. We will get back to you just as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any change or cancellation requests made after that time if your order has already been shipped.

Shipping and handling will be charged at a rate of $7.50 for the first $100 of merchandise, $15.00 for orders between $100 and $200 with shipping increasing at a rate of $7.50 increments per every $100 worth of merchandise for orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise posted. Shipping rates are figured on the merchandise subtotal before any discounts or coupon reductions are applied.

We are now offering the option of having your packages insured. If you would like for your package to be insured, please select this as your shipping option. Insured packages must be signed for upon delivery. You should consider insuring your package if: you have placed an order totaling over $150.00, if you live in an area where mail delivery is unreliable, or if you want the assurance that your package will be replaced in the event that it is lost or damaged.

Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported both to us and the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.

Shipping outside the United States will be charged at a rate of $21.00 for the first $100 of merchandise. $31.00 shipping for merchandise totals between $100 to $200 continuing at a rate of $10.00 increments per every $100. We are currently shipping to a limited number of countries outside the US. All orders shipped outside the United States will automatically be insured at a rate of an additional $2.20 per every $100 merchandise order. We are not responsible for any customs charges that might be incurred. Please be aware that there is an increase in shipping time for all overseas orders. We have the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Free Shipping Offer
When applicable, free shipping applies only to designated, qualifying shoes marked with the *Eligible for FREE shipping icon. When you purchase qualifying shoes, you will receive free standard shipping within the USA on those shoes. Regular shipping charges will apply to all non-qualifying items. When stated, you must meet the minimum order total to qualify for free shipping.

We may also advertise a free shipping offer that will apply storewide with stated eligibility requirements. To qualify for any of our free shipping offers you must meet the stated and specified requirements for that offer. When offered you must select the "USPS Priority Mail -- FREE" shipping option when checking out. Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which normally takes 2 to 3 regular business days to deliver once the package has been shipped. If you select an alternate shipping method you will be charged the applicable shipping charge shown. This offer only applies to orders being shipped within the United States when applicable.

*NOTE - If you received FREE SHIPPING on your order and wish to return an item, if you return an item/items for a refund which results in your original order total being less than the qualifying amount for you to have received the free shipping (in which case you would have had to pay shipping), we reserve the right to charge you for some or all of the actual shipping charges incurred. We will not however charge you more than the actual shipping charges.

Express Shipment
Need your order in a hurry? We can ship overnight or express. Just select this under shipping options or you may call us and request overnight shipping at 256-739-0262. The minimum shipping charge on most express shipping is $22.95. Orders placed after 10:00 am CST or during the weekend or holidays will not be shipped until the next regular business day. If you need your order shipped by another means other than USPS, please call us at 256-739-0262 with your order number and shipping request. We can not ship express or overnight to overseas addresses.

Returns
We feel that you will be delighted with the quality of our merchandise. If however, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange in the event that a different size is needed. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Any merchandise returned after 10 days from receipt can only be returned for exchange or in-store credit and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. *We can not accept any returns after 30 days. Shoes purchased off the Bargain Pages are non-returnable. All sales are final on Bargain priced shoes.

Please fill out and include the return form included with your package when making a return. If you did not receive a return form with your order you may CLICK HERE to access and print off a copy. Your order number must be included on the form to receive proper credit. Please place your shoes back in their shoe box. The shoe box/boxes should then be packaged in a separate box for shipping. Please do not tape the shoe boxes. When you tape the shoe box itself, it ruins the box and we can not place it back on the shelves for sale. We recommend that returns be made using a traceable form of delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We have the right to refuse returns that do not follow our expressed guidelines. We can not accept returns on worn shoes or merchandise. Shipping charges will apply on exchanges.

All return requests are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise. You will be credited via your original method of payment unless an exchange is requested. Please allow at least two billing cycles for your credit to show on your credit card statement.

Terms
We strive to accurately display the colors and provide accurate descriptions of products shown on our website. However, we cannot guarantee the actual colors that appear on your monitor to be accurate as colors may be displayed differently from one computer monitor to another.

Although we make every effort to keep our site and inventory up to date, we can not guarantee that all items are available at all times. Some items sell out quickly and may be out of stock or on backorder. If this occurs you will be notified. You will not be charged for ordered items that are out of stock. If ordering a product you are agreeing to pay the price that is listed on the product page. We are not responsible for occasional malfunctions or misprints by our shopping cart system.
